The apartment is under the main house living room so movement in the house was noticeable, particularly early in the morning. Access is difficult - parking is out the front of the house, and all luggage has to be carted down a long-stepped pathway to the unit which is difficult with suitcases and open to the weather. The requirement to pay an $800 security bond before staying is excessive and unwarranted and does not encourage a return visit.
