The location is within walkable distance from Arambol beach, sweet water lake, and really close to the popular cookie walla restaurant. It has a flea market as well as multiple restaurants nearby. The owner was very supportive and well-mannered.
The room we selected was without AC, which might be a problem for some people coz the evening sun light hits directly on the bedroom wall. But we knew it b4 booking, so not a complaint as such.
