Very nice looking place

The pool was freezing and really quiet and the breakfast wasn’t very nice

Location. Close to night market and Ao Nang beach

Toilet did not flush. We compained to staff each day and they said they would get an engineer, but nothing happened. No response either or follow up so I feel they were ignoring our complaints each time. Also room was not kept to standard. Lamps had no bulbs and were dirty. Floor dirty as well

Staff is very rude and one guy came to beat me when I asked about the facilities . Guys please mindful of these scam hotels. We as international travellers need to be protected . We go for family fun and have peaceful time and the experience was terrible.

LOCATION WAS LOOK

THERE WAS NOTHING TO LIKED Our check-in experience was extremely disappointing. Although we reached the hotel at around 10:00 PM and had informed them in advance about our late arrival, it still took more than an hour to provide us with a room. We were traveling with children, which made the delay even more difficult. We had requested an extra bed, but were told it could not be provided because there was no staff on duty at night, and that it would only be arranged the next day. This forced our entire family to sleep on one very uncomfortable spring bed. Even when we requested a basic extra duvet, it was provided only after long debates and repeated discussions. The room itself lacked basic amenities that are minimally expected from a so-called 4-star hotel, such as: Bell service Lift access Tissues Body lotion Dental kits Face towels and hand towels Room service Any in-house dining or meal facility Shockingly, the entire hotel was managed by only two reception staff, both of whom were very rude and unhelpful. We were helpless because our booking was fully prepaid, it was late at night, and we were traveling with family and kids — leaving us with no option but to stay under these worst conditions. To make matters worse, our room was located in the basement, with no lift and no bell service. We had to carry all our luggage ourselves during check-in and again at checkout. Communication was another major issue — no one in the hotel could understand or speak basic English, making it extremely difficult to explain even simple requests. This was a horrible experience. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays we have ever had. The service, staff behavior, facilities, and overall management were far below acceptable standards and absolutely do not justify a 4-star classification. Highly disappointed.

It is a unique style and we had a massive suite with a really good size balcony. The pools were large and clean.

It was slightly shabby in places and there aren’t enough sunbeds with parasols.

Just far enough from the night market to be quiet but walkable, staff were super friendly and rooms were massive!

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Bathroom was huge lots of space to relax. Staff were friendly and was very peaceful.

The mattress was a little old but we were only here for two nights so it didn’t bother us a lot.

The place is beautiful! Staying here feels like stepping into history, as the architecture resembles an old palace. The atmosphere is peaceful and shaded, and the beach is just a short walk away. The rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and always willing to help with anything.

Absolutely gorgeous building and the room was stunning! The staff were super lovely. Great location on the seafront and quiet.

They’re really trying to update the hotel and it is needed, we went to the gym and it was so dusty and full of cobwebs. Even though it’s quiet needs to maintain cleaning. But it was a great hotel!

The hotel staff are very friendly. The Hotel Manager, in particular, is extremely helpful and welcoming. He greeted us warmly on arrival and gave us a very kind farewell when we left, which shows how much he values his guests. The hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, and the swimming pool and garden views are lovely. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely visit again!

I like the Thai concept of the hotel. It is quiet and very close to the beach.

During the low season, there are not many guests staying, so the hotel does not turn on the lights in the building, which may make it look dark, but it is not a big problem.

From the moment I stepped into the room, I could feel the heart of Thailand. The decor was beautifully Thai — warm wooden tones, traditional touches, and a calm, inviting atmosphere. It’s the kind of place that quietly tells you, “You’re in Thailand now.” Some people told me Thailand might feel unsafe or overwhelming — but this experience proved otherwise. It was peaceful, safe, and incredibly relaxing. I slept so well here. The entire stay felt like a gentle escape into a quieter side of Thai life. Highly recommended for anyone looking to truly feel the soul of the country.

So far, there’s nothing I don’t like about this place. It’s been a lovely stay, and I’d happily come back again.

La suciedad muy descuidado y mal estado de conservación. pasillos sucios. El dormitorio. era más duro el colchón q el suelo, mal estado en general no volveré

Der Pool

Zimmer komplett dreckig es lag sand am Boden und noch anderer dreck, die Dusche war auch dreckig und eklig.

Nichts

Extrem verdreckte und heruntergekommene Unterkunft und Areal. Ungeziefer und Tierkot im Zimmer. Wir haben unseren 10 tägig gebuchten und bezahlten Aufenthalt nach 2 Tagen abgebrochen und uns eine Alternativunterkunft auf Eigenkosten gesucht. Unverständlich, dass Booking.com diese Hotel als 5 Sterne Hotel (Oktober 25 - aktuell 4 Sterne Hotel) angeboten hat!

Das Hotel ist allgemein in die Jahre gekommen und leider nicht wirklich auf Stand gehalten worden. Leider war das Zimmer nicht sauber und auch der (tägliche) Room Service lies sehr zu wünschen übrigen. Dieser dauerte in Echtzeit keine Minute. Das Frühstück war quasi nicht existent und zu unserer Verwunderung waren viele der WCs außer Betrieb. Die Lage war in Ordnung. Wer es sehr touristisch mag, ist dort genau richtig. Leider kann ich keine bessere Bewertung zu diesem Hotel abgeben. KEINE Weiterempfehlung.

Понравилось место. Экстерьер и дизайн отеля. Лет 30-50 назад он был однозначно шикарен. Двое милых сотрудниц, остальные просто не дружелюбны, позвонить на ресепшен никак нельзя. В первую ночь меня довели и оставили, не смогла потом найти выход, люди помогли, сложная навигация

Все, кроме перечисленного: отель старый, грязный, не работает вай-фай, кровать была не одна, а две - выспаться было невозможно. В отеле со всех сторон был запах канабиса. Свет включается так как богу угодно, кондиционер тоже Вход в бассейн через поломанный бар, шезлонги старые, душ не работает, туалета у бассейна нет

Super Standort und eigentlich eine schöne Anlage. Jedoch ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und leider nicht gepflegt. Ein bißchen Farbe da eine kleine Renovation hier und alles sauber putzen und es wäre eine tolle Anlage.

Überall Schmudelig und verlottert. Spezielles Personal. Zwar freundlich doch nirgends wird einem geholfen. Gepäck beispielsweise. Frühstück darf man das was einem hier geboten wird nicht sagen. Auch der Kaffee eine schwarze undefinierbare Brühe.

L’architecture de l’hôtel et l’emplacement proche de la mer

les serviettes sont insuffisantes. Le ménage de la chambre est fait parfois très tardivement. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas varié et toujours identique tous les matins. La salle est remplie de moustiques.
