The property is newly renovated and nicely decorated. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed. It is in a great location. We were there for my grandson to attend a conference at Duke. My daughter and I were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The price was very reasonable. My questions were answered immediately by management. Great place to stay.

The house was in a location close to Duke University and the convention center where our event was going on. We usually take extra items with us but this property was well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet and safe.
The bedrooms could use a console table for laying out toiletries and other items. The living room could use some lamps for softer lighting. The kitchen could swap out the plant stand for a console table for prepping meals etc.
