The house itself was great for 6 people - no more. There were amazing massive TVs, the pool with the built in hot tub was amazing and so relaxing. It was great to be able to cook outside while watching the TV, play pool, and have the option to also play ping pong. The finishings, floor, counters and kitchen all seemed brand new. The master bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed. Above all, the host was so quick to respond and very helpful, any time we needed to contact. We did have a great time. The pool was so warm we did not even need a heater on.
We had a few issues but it did not stop our amazing time.The house says it sleeps 16 but only has 3 bedrooms.I would not book for more than 6 people.The floors were so dirty, our feet were black without even stepping outside.The shower had clumps of tiny black hairs all on the floor, the drain & on the walls.When I mentioned the hair in the shower to host, I was told they would take a night of the extra charge of heating the pool off, when we never even asked for the heat to be turned on as it was already so warm (we only asked for the blowers to be turned on, not heat).When we arrived at the house, we realized we did not have a code & it took a while for us to figure out how to get in, after being told it was in the guest portal, but nothing was there until I entered my credit card for a 3rd time (which, entering a cc into a 3rd party portal & not booking.com was concerning).The kitchen is minimally stocked & did not even have frying pans or any cleaning supplies.The outside pool & amenities are amazing but there is VERY minimal furniture to lounge around & hang out out there, except 2 chairs & 2 lounge chairs on the completely other side of the pool, a hammock, bar stools & a tiny stiff little couch -it would have been nice to have some comfy cushioned couches that seated more than 2 people for the crew to hang outside other than just sitting at the bar.The previous guest's garbage was never taken out so the garbage bins outside were full & when we took some of our garbage out, we woke up to it torn apart all over the driveway by birds or a cat, which we had to then clean up.Upon leaving the house, the cleaners had just shown up & their van broke down in the driveway behind us.We could not get out of the driveway until my fiance had to help the cleaner move the van by pushing it out into the street himself.Neighbor Noise was so loud: pet birds, leaf blower nonstop, screaming neighbors across street.Location is far!
