For a 3 stars hotel its amazing Rooms are neat Staff are helpful

The breakfast is ok, just ok. And the sound proofing is 2nd to none

Great quiet location, very close to Duden Waterfall (recommended to see) and Terra City Mall, near Lara sand beaches. Nice pool, cozy to sit by in the mornings and afternoons. Nice balcony for the rooms on the 4nd floor. Hotel also had free transfer and free access to one of the private beaches which is a great opportunity. On the other hand, Tugce hanim was very friendly and approachable, assisted us in every matter 🫶🏻

First we were given the room with no (broken?) bedside tables (407). I asked to change it immediately, staff were hesitant but still changed it. More closed storages are required, there were none in the room nor in the bathroom. Breakfast should be more diversed, for 7 days of our stay we had the same breakfast choices. Cheese were not renewed daily. Young people in the staff could be more friendly. Cleaning service should be more cautious, when we checked in the bins in the room were full from the previous travelers. Cleaning did not clean the bathroom nor change sheets nor changed towels until asked. No air conditioning in the hallways and elevator of the hotel, it is very hot in Antalya up to 40 degrees. Not so friendly towards cats in this region. Could be great to put some water and food for stray cats, poor things are drinking the water from the pool.

Zentrale Lage war top. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Zimmer waren ruhig.

Die angegebene Zimmergrösse von 21 qm war nicht korrekt. Die Zimmer sind zu klein ca.10 qm. Mit Flur und Bad ca.13 qm.
