Property is decorated well. Picturesque. Has clean pool. Staff is helpful if tipped well. Bed is comfy. Has separate parking space

Considering price charged for private room at this property, few things you expect in room, which are not available. There is no bar or in house restaurant, deviation from details mentioned on Booking.com They charge deposit for confirmation of your booking thou polices on Booking.com vary. There is no kettle, fridge in pvt room. Pvt room has bed, vintage mirror, 2 side tables and one storage space for luggage. No toiletries, dental kit is provided. Mirror placed right opposite bed... which could have been avoided. You can get ur food delivered and chill at this place. Good for one day stay. If u r going to explore GOA, this place can be skipped.
