We had a wonderful stay at the Abbaye and would highly recommend it. It is a great location in the center of Riquewihr in a historical building. The rooms were comfortable, cosy and clean in line with the traditional style of the Abbaye. We also enjoyed the calm and quiet, as the rooms were located at the top of Abbaye. Be aware this means that you will have to climb a lot of stairs, which could be challenging for people with limited mobility. There is small roof terrace where you can enjoy breathtaking view of the vineyards and the surrounding countryside. Christophe was a very friendly and welcoming host who pays attention to his guests to ensure they have a very pleasant stay. He is always available should you have any questions. With his local knowledge, Christophe will give you great local tips regarding, restaurants, wine and Cremant tastings. Breakfast was very good, fully prepared by Christophe with local cheese and jams, and we really enjoyed the Bed & Breakfast experience, meeting other guests at breakfast. Communication and logistics planning prior to our arrival was great and allowed for a smooth trip. The perfect place to enjoy Riquewihr and the surrounding area:)
