Apê Funcional & Pet Friendly

It is a nice comfortable apartment with everything you may need. Lovely garden landscaping, with pools, covered spots to relax & chat, and a small light bites cafe with an accommodating team. The area is very secure. While staying there the complex was having a 3 day Féria that was lots of fun, with a cultural program, good music & good food. Across the street is a very convenient commercial strip with several small family restaurants, a market, two pizzerias and family style stores. It is a short walk to two transportation stops (Pedro & Asa) and Ubers Cole quickly.

Everything about the apartment was great. Just an idea to have - for people unfamiliar with Rio/Brazil - a little information about the area, the big shopping malls nearby, the bigger restaurants, the Barra de Tijuca, Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, Cais da Valongo and how to visit other parts of Rio.

Excelente acomodação! Ótima localização, tem tudo perto, condomínio excelente, além de tudo dentro do apartamento (eletrodomésticos, panelas…). Valeu muito a pena.

Es un hermoso lugar y muy cómodo, la anfitriona es muy atenta y esta al pendiente, el lugar es limpio y piscina hermosa

Lo único malo que no menciona que se necesita certificado médico para ingresar a la piscina. Es obligatorio, entonces ya deben de tenerlo a mano. El microondas no funcionó, le avise cuando ingrese y luego cuando me retire me quiso cobrar, pero le explique que no use y que le avise con anticipación. Verifiquen todo antes de hospedarse y cuando llegas para el cheking no explica con detalles para ingresar, te pasa a medias las indicaciones solo porque preguntas.. luego todo muy bueno
