Totul a fost la superlativ
Ca nu am avut sigurante pt copii la geamuri si usa de la balcon

Ne-a placut apartamentul si cartierul, este linistit, modern, curat, are parc frumos pentru copii, se observa ca este o constructie mai izolata fonic decat constructiile vechi, nu se aude chiar orice pas facut, ca la blocurile vechi.
Din dormitor se pot auzi uneori sunetele atunci când vecinii folosesc toaleta, fiind singurul mic inconvenient. Așa a fost gândită structura clădirii și poziționarea camerelor. În rest, locuința este foarte bine izolată fonic și nu se aud zgomote specifice blocurilor..
