Lokalizacja świetna, piechotą z dzieckiem można dotrzeć do najważniejszych atrakcji - Księżego Młyna, EC1, Muzeum Kinematografii, ul. Piotrkowskiej. Bardzo blisko znajduje się przystanek tramwajowy z bezpośrednim dojazdem do Manufaktury. Parking podziemny jest ogromnym plusem. Na wyposażeniu był też parasol. Wifi działało.
Blok nie jest już najnowszy, w mieszkaniu także widać pewne oznaki użytkowania, ale nic, co by było rażące. Drzwi wejściowe powinny być dokładnie doczyszczone, klamka, zasuwka i same drzwi były ulepione, drzwi jakby wycierane brudną szmatą, w trakcie jedzenia posiłków lepiej na nie nie patrzeć.

Dobrze przemyślany system zdalnej rejestracji, doskonała i szybka obsługa klienta, czyste i komfortowe apartamenty, dobre Wi-Fi. Polecamy.
