Great location close to many restaurants and a woolies opposite, short walk (8ish min) to the train station to get you around Sydney.
And about a 15-20min walk to opera house, or a short train ride.
Pretty much a fully stocked apartment room with all you need, there is a laundry located on site

Close to the Woolworths Supermarket
Crockery needs updating (chipped and cracked). TV remote needs replacing and TV is outdated. Kitchenette sink mixer tap need tightening to avoid corrosion and bursting of the metal sheathed rubber hoses.

We loved the location, lots of great restaurants and coffee shops in the area! A nice walk to Sydney Harbour!
Our dissatisfaction was that it was presented as a one bedroom and it was a studio! It didn’t have a patio and it was older!
