The location was in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. My family and I felt very safe staying here. I like how each room has it’s own bathroom and big screen tv. Overall, it’s a very cozy airbnb to stay at.

This was by far the most shocking and disappointing experience I’ve ever had with a rental. I booked this property for seven nights, expecting a full, private three-bedroom home as advertised — but what I found was completely different. It turned out to be just a portion of a house connected by doors to another unit. The space felt unsafe and nothing like the photos. The moment I walked in, there was a strong chemical smell everywhere, and an open cabinet in the kitchen full of cleaning chemicals. The air was so heavy with fumes that I couldn’t breathe normally. There were stains in the bathroom, fake flowers instead of real décor, and an overall unclean, neglected feeling. I’m pregnant, and staying in that environment was simply not possible. I stayed less than 40 minutes before leaving immediately and checking into the Hilton Suites instead. I contacted the host right away to explain the situation and request a refund for the unused nights, but received no help or understanding — and Booking.com support was also unreachable at that time. This place was misleading, unsafe, and unhealthy. No one should have to experience this kind of situation — especially someone pregnant. I strongly urge Booking.com to review this listing, refund my payment for the seven unused nights, and take action so other guests don’t end up in the same distressing situation.
