The apartment is big enough for a family of 4
We arrived with high expectations, but were quickly let down. The bedsheets were full of hair from previous guests. The host seemed more concerned about filming a video to prove the apartment had been cleaned when the next day the bed sheets were replaced than actually making sure it was.
The mattresses were new but very soft and of poor quality, making sleep uncomfortable. The shower door was broken, and every shower flooded the bathroom.
The host lives hundreds of kilometers away and has no real control over what happens on site.
The apartment is located in a very degraded neighborhood that felt unsafe, especially for a family with children.
