Location was excellent. Washing and drying was a boost after 8 weeks travelling. Property was fantastic. Response to 2 issues raised was first class and very speedy.
Maybe an extra pillow each would add comfort. A fan of some description would also improve comfort during very hot weather.

Location was great - close to the main bus line and to the base of multiple walks/cable cars. Lots of storage and space available - especially for a couple! We were able to pack our things away and plenty of area to move around in. Also a lift available to get your luggage up to the room. Well equiped kitchen and bathroom.
No AC available - although this was expected and for late May opening the windows worked well for airflow. Initial confusion with check-in process as original details when booking stated off site key collection - however with updated details check-in is available on site (no extra travel needed which was great).
