It had everything you need. Ie washing machine, cleaning supplies, TVs, fully equipped kitchen, and the most comfortable beds.
The front door is a bit tricky to lock and unlock, but I feel that’s more of a building issue.

We were truly amazed at just how nice, clean and modern the apartment was - the pictures are more than accurate of the state of the property. Excellent location, and exactly what we were after. Would happily stay there again.
A couple of the windows rattled a bit in the wind (it was pretty windy while we were there) and the apartment number signage could probalby have been a bit clearer, but I'm nit picking.

Do not be put off by the old building and run down parking sheds, The unit has been recently renovated and is beautifully appointed and furnished. New and clean, Beds are comfy and the towels are soft.
Location is good - just a short walk to Burleigh village and simply cross the esplanade road to reach the beach.
Just two small observations:
The shower drain was smelling on our arrival. odour cleared once the shower was used.
One of the TV controllers was missing a AAA battery

The inside of the property was lovely and well maintained. Comfortable bed, it was clean and modern.
The outside of the property resembled a 1970s old style hotel. It was expensive for this style of property.
