Very clean. Property owner was very nice and attentive.
Did not know the owner was there the same time we were. Took forever (15 minutes?) for the hot water in the shower, then lasted about 5 minutes or less

Be aware it's a flatshare but safe and clean. Could use the washing machine for 100 pesos.
Many mosquitos in the room. No storage for clothes or luggage, it's actually just a bed.
