Modern comfortable apartment with excellent views from upstairs unit 2.

Nice to have a view, and great being right on the cycle trail. Also great being able to walk, eg beach and trail. Adequate facilities incl the cooktop for a short term stay.
Venting the kitchen was impractical, expecting the door to be opened, a better range hood is needed. As others have mentioned, the shower design means a lot of water on the floor.

Quiet with a nice view. View is first the bathrooms and playground and then the oceanside.
Television was a nightmare to operate. Prior guest messed it up and hosts did not fix. Remote battery dead. FreeTV not installed fully. Bathroom heater was blowing air but unheated so defective.
