El espacio y la calidad de la propiedad. También la amabilidad de los dueños y todos los pequeños gestos y servicios que tenían (recibida con salamín, snacks a disposición a precio del costo, etc.).
Muy poco: que uno de los dos dormitorios no tuviera aire acondicionado.
