3A Retreat Lodge

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge. The rural mountain location was scenic and the 1.5h drive from Marrakech had wonderful views. We also arranged transfers to and from the lodge woth Khadija which made our travel stress free. The lodge is beautiful with traditional decor and a homely feel. The garden provides fresh fruit and lovely trees. The roof terrace is a great feature for looking at the mountains and the stars at night. Khadija was wonderful. She made us mint tea on arrival and cooked us Tagine dinner both nights which were delicious, as well as breakfast. The closest town was Sti Fadma and Khadija kindly drove us in so we could go for a hike. She was so pleasant and helpful during our stay and provides amazing knowledge of the local area and Morocco which was insightful. The weather was very warm visiting in July so our original room on top floor was hot. Khadija kindly moved us room to a cooler one which was hugely appreciated and did provide us with a fan and easier wifi access to which was nice. The setting of lodge is the perfect peacful nature escape.

The accomadation has no air conditioning so visiting in July in extreme heat was difficult for a comfortable sleep. Khadija accomadated us as much possible to help with this. The shower doesn't drain the water fully so our bathroom did get flooded which we did manage as best we could but would be an easy fix hopefully.

De plek is super. Je kunt parkeren langs de weg. Mooie plek en aardige host.

Helaas was er geen waterdruk waardoor een douche niet mogelijk was

​Nous avons passé un séjour magique dans cette magnifique maison d'hôtes. Le lieu est très bien entretenu et le jardin est un vrai havre de paix. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour passer un bon moment en pleine nature, que ce soit pour les randonnées, la peinture, ou les moments de détente avec les livres et jeux de société. ​Un immense merci à notre hôte Khadija ainsi qu'à sa sœur pour leur accueil si chaleureux. Khadija a vraiment été d'une bienveillance rare, toujours à l'écoute et attentive à notre bien-être. Un grand bravo à elle pour ce superbe gîte, on s'y sent tellement bien ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Prachtige tuin, rust en ruimte en een mooi uitzicht. Goede uitvalsbasis en een heel fijne host die attent, alert en vriendelijk is.
