Ping Pong Flat

Eravamo 4 amiche e siamo state benissimo. Un appartamento grande, pulito, delizioso e molto confortevole. Ognuna di noi aveva la sua camera e 2 bagni, uno per piano. La zona residenziale e davvero chic ha offerto pace e tranquillita'. Il centro di Londra era raggiungibile da due fermate della metro equidistanti ed abbastanza vicine all' appartamento. Se dovessi proprio fare un appunto rinnoverei gli utensili della cucina come pentole, padelle ecc. Aggiungerei un forno a microonde ed una macchina per il caffe espresso '

A great location, only 8 minutes wander from Belsize Park tube station (between Camden and Hampstead on Northern Line, 4 stops from King's Cross). The apartment is huge, warm, and spacious with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set over 2 floors with one of the bedrooms having a small balcony. The kitchen was well equipped, with a large fridge freezer, dish washer, kettle, toaster etc. It had a separate utility area with a washing machine & dryer. The one thing missing was a microwave, but I'm sure that's easily fixed. There was a small kitchen with a table seating 4, which opens out into a large living space with a second table, seating 8. This was so big that it could easily be enhanced with some comfortable sofas etc, as the empty space seems under utilised. There is a sizeable lounge, but it is primarily a ping pong room - this means the lounge area isn't really conducive to seating more than a couple of people. This could be addressed by including sofas in the kitchen diner area as mentioned above. There was wi fi, and the owner has provided a variety of games consoles etc which might prove popular with younger guests. A great base to explore from.

Other than the microwave and furniture inclusions mentioned above, my only recommendations would be to include a manual for guests to look through (.g. WiFi, local recommendations, check out arrangements and other such details) and to add visual warmth and character to the property by way of maybe a few pictures or similar to the walls, to soften them a little. The rooms are all massive, which is great for space but it does seem a little lacking in character - easily fixed with some cheap and cheerful pictures/decor. Definitely recommended as it is a great base to explore the rest of London.
