Localização. Ter máquina de lavar loiça. Ter duas casas de banho. Ter saída direta dos quartos e sala/cozinha para a rua.
Falta de limpeza na casa e exterior. Cheiro da casa a mofo à entrada. Mobiliário de exterior com desgaste e falta de limpeza. Ausência de um chuveiro exterior/ mangueira.

La ubicación estupenda y la tranquilidad que rodea al sitio.
El apartamento estaba muy sucio y lo peor es que tras decirlo a los propietarios y quedar que nos enviaban a alguien para limpiar, no lo hicieron. Lo volví a decir lo de la limpieza y ni han contestado.
