Munhyeon Signature Denbasta Hotel

Was pleasantly surprised upon arrival and throughout our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Location was also quite central with a subway station close by. The only issue was the address they have on here, wasn’t accurate when I gave it to the Uber Driver and we were nearly dropped off a completely different street a few blocks away from the actual hotel. I would put Munhyeon station or the Gas Station next by’s address as their are within a minute walk to the hotel. Other than this, it’s a great place to stay.

Nonostante l’apparenza lussuosa l’hotel è poco curato nelle finiture e nelle pulizie durante il soggiorno che sono state molto sommarie. Non esiste una lounge o una sala comune. L’hotel è quasi senza finestre e un po clausteofobico. Il personale gentile ma non pro attivo. Colazione scarna e triste in una saletta minuscola in cui quando siamo scesi il primo giorno non c’era nemmeno un tavolo libero. Check in alle 17 veramente tardi.

Nice staff, and big and overall clean room. Very handy location right beside an underground/subway station. Like most places in Busan, the staff can't speak even an inkling of English, it's something I think is worth warning other would be tourists about, but i'm not really complaining as I do recognize that it's their country and not mine : P . On the flip side, I was impressed by how fast the staff responded to small requests when i messaged them via the booking.com app though. I imagine they just translated my message using google. I asked for a few extra bottles of water and they were at my door in 5 mins.

My room was supposed to have a outdoor hottub on the balcony; It was closed (maybe because it was still winter?) AND most importantly, this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel listing. The balcony hottub was actually part of the reason why I booked my particular suite at this particular hotel. I would have thought having an outdoor hottub would have been especially nice to use during the winter. Would like to feedback to the hotel that I was dissappointed that the they failed to mention a key feature of their room wasn't usable when i booked it. Furthermore, I wasn't a fan of what looked to be reusable slippers... for use in room. I have very little faith in the hygiene standards of most people. Disposable slippers would have been more practical. Most international guests will probably find the breakfast subpar: basically it was bread, butter, jam, bananas, some biscuits, cup noodles, and a coffee machine.
