Die Lage ist ganz gut am Rato. Unkompliziert mit Türcode ohne Schlüssel.
Bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Wem das wichtig ist, wird ein Problem damit haben.

Gostei da localização, muito próximo do local onde ia ter reuniões de trabalho
O ar condicionado não funcionava. O apartamento apresenta algum descuido de manutenção. Apesar do aviso das escadas de acesso ao apartamento e ao piso superior, estas não são adequadas a pessoas mais idosas.
