Huoneisto oli siisti ja sijainti oli erittäin hyvä. Sänky oli myös hyvä. Lisäksi erityismaininta autopaikasta. Huoneisto ohjeistettiin omistajan toimesta hienosti. Aamupala ei sisältynyt, mutta jääkaapin ovessa oli mainos paikasta, jossa oli hyvä aamupala ostettavissa. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi huoneistosta. Wifi toimi.

Sijainti oli ensiluokkainen. Parkkipaikka todella iso plussa, samoin oma parveke. Keittiössä oli helppo valmistaa ruokaa ja sänky oli hyvä nukkua.
Asunnon siivousta saisi huomattavasti parantaa. Vessa oli todella likainen, mm käsipyyhkeissä oli tahroja, matto oli likainen, vessanpöntössä oli likatahroja ja vessan hana oli pesemättä. Pakastin lokero oli todella likainen ja kaapista löytyi likaisia astioita. Pölyjen pyyhintä ei olisi pahitteeksi koko asunnossa.
