Anna our host was very polite and eager to help with our issues. She had prepared a very nice welcome gift with coffee, sweets, water and wine in the fridge (you can drink only table water and two wine glasses would be welcomed). The studio had a very comfortable bed, averall was was well equipped with and new appliances and clean. The area was quiet and has some nice beaches close by but you will need to go to karystos as there are no shops around the room.

We stayed for 5 nights in the studio which is mostly underneath the ground level. So please pay attention to the pictures clearly presenting the room. I have not understood this fact when I booked the room as it was not mentioned cleanly in the studio's description. There is limited sunlight and no privacy as you are seen from the pool area and the yard's side corridor. The room has the main door outside the main window and feels a bit klistophobic despite being very large inside. We had an issue with a drawer that was stacked with our clothes in and some bathroom issues that the owner informed us that would take care of. Also if you want a kid to sleep there have in mind that a 5 year old will just fit in the sofa as the other sofa chair is not suitable for a kid to sleep there, it is more than two large pillows. We paid 840euro and had no breakfast nor cleanings services so I definately think that this cost for this underground studio was very large despite the high season. I would suggest upgrading to one of the ground level rooms that look lovely and not booking this specific studio.
