Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Dastan helped us plan our onward travel to Bishkek as well as making us feel very welcome. Super handy location as well because it is near the Uzbek border and the main bus station in Osh. The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable.

the breakfast was ok. The location is convenient if further transport required.
I think the hotel needs assistance to review the present operation as a number of things are not at a good standard. With professional help they could get up to a standard of two stars.

Чистый уютный отель. Персонал очень отзывчивой. Расположение очень хорошее, удобно тем кому переходить границу с утра в Узбекистан. Номера просторные, светлые. Все понравилось. Еще раз хочу поблагодарить персонал за теплую встречу и сервис.
