Espace, équipements de la cuisine, localisation, climatisation, quartier et bâtiment calmes, assistance et réactivité de l'hôte
isolation sonore et thermique, quelques petits équipements manquants par rapport à la description (fer à repasser, table à repasser, pinces à linge), pas de machine à café, pas d'aspirateur

L'appartamento è enorme, pulitissimo e super funzionale, dotato anche di ascensore. Check-in rapido e accompagnato da istruzioni dettagliate. Rapporto qualità-prezzo complessivo più che ottimo.
Contro: La posizione è arroccata sulla collina: a piedi è parecchio faticosa se non si è sportivi, soprattutto con il caldo.
Un consiglio per l'host: Avrei gradito trovare un paio di bottiglie d'acqua fresca in frigo all'arrivo. Può sembrare un dettaglio banale, ma d'estate, appena arrivati dopo il viaggio, fa davvero la differenza in termini di accoglienza.

The clealiness, air conditioner, 2 bathrooms, big apartment, a lot of space, I did not use it, but there was also a washing machine for cloth. the kitchen was amazing and a huge new fridge. There are balconies where you can relax with a very nice wind from the sea. It is also quite easy to find a parking spot close by. You definitely need to have a car to stay there.
a bathroom has only a bath, the shower in the other wasnt' very confortable. it was very difficult to regulate the water temperature, and the shower head did not stay up.But I am very happy regarding the apartment. There aren't bar or supermarkets very close by, you have to go by car. the two close to the sea are not easy to reach walking, you have to climb a steep hill.
