10/10! Best place in Dar. I love everything about this place. It’s close to everything. The condo is well appointed. The AC and WiFi is perfect. Good hot shower. The kitchen has everything you need. But my favorite is the huge balcony to enjoy the weather. Anne is a great communicator and security is on point. And the elevator is rare and nice to have.

Access to social amenities and very very vibrant night life, restaurants and security was top.notch!
Ongoing construction (Host not at fault), it was just generally as the area is coming up with modern living apartments.

The location is great. Loved it 100%
It is a shared apartment. The room looks not well maintained, the bidet was broken, some floor tiles are loose. Towel was stained. Lacking amenities. Not worth $53
