Dobra lokalizacja, duży plus za parking, wyposażenie apartamentu bardzo dobre, widok z balkonu może nie rewelacyjny ale za to nie słychać odgłosów z ruchliwej ulicy.
Przydałyby się wieszaki na ręczniki, czystość (głównie kabiny prysznicowej) do poprawy.

Swietna lokalizacja, z latwym dojazdem i bezplatnym miejscem parkingowym. Mieszkanie jest ciche, cieple i dobrze wyposazone. W poblizu dobrze wyposazony Lidl i Galeria Rzeszów.

Lokalizacja apartamentu całkiem niezła, blisko centrum, blisko sklepy spożywcze. Istnieje możliwość skorzystania z parkingu podziemnego. Apartament jest w nowym budownictwie, nienajgorzej wyposazony: pralka, ekspres do kawy, lodowka itp.
Mieszkanie jest porostu zasyfione i śmierdzące. Na sofie sierść jakiegos zwierzęcia, na pościeli plamy, podłoga sie klei, w sypialni pod szafka nocna leżała rozpakowana prezerwatywa ... W łazience zniszczona bateria prysznicowa ciśnienie wody jak na myjni samochodowej.
