Spacious apartment with a balcony

This property exceeded expectations. The space is exceptionally well-designed, featuring a large kitchen with an impressive island, a spacious layout, and a big TV equipped with Netflix and other streaming services. The internet connection was also reliably fast. Although it is listed as a two-bedroom, the additional small room effectively functions as a third bedroom, which was a valuable bonus. The building’s security added an extra layer of comfort and professionalism to the stay.

I attempted to extend my visit by two days, but unsurprisingly the property was fully booked. This has been, without question, my best stay in Bradford, and I will certainly be returning.

One word - disgusting! Fag ends and dust

The location suited us for an event we attended. Street parking was available outside.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing to say the least. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guests. We found cooked food left in the fridge, including an opened bottle of milk, butter, cheese and McDonald’s sauces left in the cupboards. There were used shampoo and conditioner bottles left in the bathroom, the carpets were dirty and unhoovered, and all areas of the apartment were extremely dusty. One bedroom smelled strongly of smoke/marijuana, and in the other bedroom we found dirt and a cigarette end. We also discovered used chewing gum stuck behind a bed. All evidenced in my pictures attached! The overall condition was revolting and not what you would expect from accommodation listed on Booking.com. As we were three women arriving last minute before heading off to a wedding, we did not feel safe raising this immediately as we didn’t want a stranger entering the apartment whilst we were out late at night. This apartment did not meet basic cleanliness or hygiene standards in any form and I would worn anyone to be extremely cautious when booking this apartment. To add insult to injury, upon raising a complaint with booking.com the host thinks these conditions shown in my pictures are acceptable and refuses to provide any form of refund or cooperate with customer services. If you would love to find someone else’s cooked eggs in the fridge, chewing gum stuck to the bed, fag ends on the floor and dirty, unhoovered carpets, this is the perfect stay for you!

Whilst the apartment was spacious and comfortable with the exception of the 2nd bedroom with the TV where the springs on

It was comfortable,spacious bedding and the one towel were clean

Arrived 27 minutes early and were informed that we would have to pay a £10 charge if we checked in before 3.00pm even though the apartment was ready. No cork screw even though there were 4 wine glasses on the table. Only one bath towel left out. Only 3 tea bags no coffee or milk. No dishwasher tablets even though there was a dish washer. Attention to detail needed when cleaning. There was a black balloon left in my bedroom.? The glass table was dirty with 20p and a sweet wrapper left in a bowl with a glass ornament on top. The communal areas were dirty.

Absolutely beautiful space really bright and airy would definitely stay again. Host was super helpful and responsive. Comfy beds open plan livingroom kitchen just a great base for our trip would definitely stay again

Not so much a dislike, but the kitchen floor was a little sticky near the corner of the island by microwave. Not a huge issue as the place really is fabulous. There was an alarm sounding the whole time from somewhere in the building but once the bedroom door was closed it was peaceful we all slept well

Situation géographique parfaite par rapport à notre circuit prévu.

Nous avons été accueillis dans un appartement gelé a 19h avec les fenêtres ouvertes et chauffage en panne et pas de literie sur un des lit , après d'innombrables appel et message au responsable qui s'est finalement déplacé pour nous apporter un chauffage d'appoint a notre demande et une couette. Tous les Matelas étaient en fin de vie à jeter à la poubelle on s'est cassé le dos tout le long du séjour vraiment médiocre niveau confort, la télévision dans une chambre a l'étage ne fonctionnait pas malgré avoir changé les piles, la vaisselle dans la cuisine était pas complète pour une réservation de 6 personnes on a du vraiment jongler. Le tuyaux reliant le pommeau de douche était cassé de ce fait l'eau giclait partout pas du tout agréable de se laver, salle de bain inondé. Niveau confort notre séjour à été médiocre. La wifi qui se déconnecte régulièrement, Seul avantage la situation géographique. L'entrée et les couloirs de l'immeuble étaient sale. Nous étions une famille avec enfants et une personne âgée, C'est très regrettable au prix où nous avons payé pour 8 jours pourtant dans l'annonce tout paraissait bien.
