Roof Malasaña by Hogar 4

L’appartement est très bien situé, dans le quartier de Malasaña. Quartier tres cool, avec beaucoup de restaurants et boutiques sympas et très proche de tout.

L’appartement pourrait être très bien, mais son agencement et ses équipements laissent à désirer. La Clim fait bcp de bruit, le mobilier de terrasse est rouillé, on n’a même pas envie de s’asseoir sur les chaises ou de poser quoique ce soit sur la table. En plus il y a une fuite qui abat du robinet sur la terrasse donc il y avait en perla ce une flaque d’eau. Concernant l’appartement en lui même son agencement est très mignon mais il y a beaucoup de perte d’espace du à la mansarde. Donc finalement c’est une chambre avec deux fauteur devant le lit et une cuisine. De plus la télé très vétuste est collé sur le mur à l’entrée, c’est un peu bizarre. Donc tout cela demanderait un bon coup de fraîcheur.

The communication with the owners was absolutely great! Even late into the evening they helped us get in to the place and got a neighbour to help us too. He carried my bag up the stairs which was really kind. At that time of the night, it felt heavy! The air conditioning was fantastic - it cooled the whole place down perfectly for overnight when the outside temperatures were still high.. Plus the decor was funky and cool and the beds/chairs were super comfortable. We loved our stay!

We really liked the terrace - it was unfortunate that all the plants apart from the cute olive tree had died :(. There was a watering system but maybe it had to be turned off because there was a water shortage. Anyway, we still enjoyed breakfast on the terrace in the mornings despite the dead leaves blowing around us. The table and chairs on the terrace really could do with a lick of paint but there were plenty of cushions to make them comfy so having this outside space was all in all a bonus.
