This place is obviously very recently renovated. Everything was clean, new, working, very comfortable mattresses. Easy access to the places we wanted to go. Great parking & neighborhood was fine.

Great Location steps from the Bates Campus.

Attended football game against Bates College. Very close to the college, cozy, very clean and well kept. Pictures are actual. Love the color schemes and decor..
The bedrooms need shelving underneath the mirrors to hold small items ( cosmetic to put makeup), info about coffee maker (we brought coffee grounds and filter only to find out it only takes pods - thank goodness Dunkin Donuts is nearby ), more plates, more face towels. Half bath if possible to accommodate families.
