Zentrale Lage. Nur 5-10 Gehminuten zum Stadtkern, Bahnhof und Tierpark. Gute Ausstattung in allen Zimmern, sehr sauber und gepflegt alles. Das Muldenwehr in Kollau war für mich sehr beeindruckend.
Keinen direkten Kontakt zum Vermieter, alles telefonisch oder übers Internet. Schlüsselübergabe über Geheimfach. Etwas ungewöhnlich, hat aber am Ende als geklappt. Von daher alles gut.

Sehr netter Vermieter, unkomplizierte kommunikation, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Trotz zentraler Lage ruhig und entspannt.
