    Rooms are great, clean. It has attached restaurant, food is great but it needs to be paid separately.

    There is nothing luxurious about this hotel. They charge so high per night and there's not even a chair to sit on in the rooms. There's only a bed. No table to keep anything. Just a couple of tiny bed side tables. WORST customer service. They make you wait 15 mins just to check in, even after all the form filling and IDs are done. Most of the times no one is available at the reception. No one answers the calls from the room to reception. When asked for water, they asked us to come to the reception to pick the bottles. The water they give is just 2 half litre bottles for the whole day. There is not even a place to refill the bottles. The rooms aren't sound proof. There is constant traffic noise or noise from adjacent rooms. The veg restaurant cannot even get basic coffee right. It was disgusting. So, we did not eat anything there.
