Central position, close to the port, even with a large luggage is in reach without the need of a taxi. Clean apartment well kept, with all the facilities needed for a long stay: one week or more, looks like being renovated not long ago. A/C good and strong if needed.
Pillows are old style, some new ones will really make sleeping comfortable, best would be goose down, due to possible allergic guests, the synthetic version would be equally comfortable. At night would be helpful to have a motion activated light in the small tunnel which leads to the entry door of the apartment.
