We loved our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bekasi. It’s a beautiful new hotel with modern, comfortable rooms, great facilities and excellent service.
The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with an amazing selection of Indonesian dishes. Special thanks to Rimar and Budi, who were so attentive and kind and encouraged us to try different local specialities. Our son particularly loved the pisang goreng!
The hotel is directly connected to a large mall with plenty of shopping and dining at very reasonable local prices, which was incredibly convenient. We would definitely come back.
Nothing to complain about—we had a great stay. For those unfamiliar with Bekasi, central Jakarta is around 45 minutes away by taxi or LRT, depending on traffic and your destination. The LRT is convenient and inexpensive. If you need to stay in the eastern Jakarta area, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

I think we had the whole 26th floor to ourselves or the 36th floor. It was really nice. The staff and the restaurant were absolutely incredible. I don't think I've ever had better service in a restaurant. They went out of their way to accommodate every request we had. I was on a special diet. I can't recommend this place enough. The head chef in the kitchen on the 23rd floor was an absolute picture of professionalism.
The spa was kind of meh.
