Da facilidade de chegar via trem e ônibus, da vista incrível do lago e o por do sol da janela, também da piscina, que fica logo a frente do quarto.
A TV não funcionou, alias ela ate ligou, mas acho que a cada locação o proprietário desliga tudo, ai fica dificil ligar.
