This place was close to everything, the entrance is modern so it was easy to enter and leave, and I loved how historical it looked. Very cool. The rooms came with tiny snacks when we arrived which was a nice touch! The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare food, eat, and clean. The views of the church were amazing - make sure to book a room with a balcony to enjoy it. The bathroom came with shampoo and soap which was nice, but the hot water comes and goes slightly when showering so be mindful of that. Also, use ear plugs if you are a very light sleeper bc the floors creek a lot and the walls are thin.

One of the shower soaps wasn’t refilled, there was no hand soap, and the doors would usually jam making it hard to enter and leave.

Absolutely everything ❤️ It's a colonial house on original building, the stairs make a bit of noise but you can see the history through every step. My room had one of the cathedral's best views in town for sure. The studio is very comfortable, well equipped and super clean, I decided to go on a last minute trip and couldn't believe i got this amazing stay. The bed is very confortable and everything in the pictures is just like the room is, nice hot shower and good water pressure. The location is unbeatable! Right across A.Calderon central park and next to the cathedral, lots of rooftop bars and restaurants, shops , pharmacies markets museums, just anything you want within few steps The tramwayfrom and to airport is one block away. Also, the host was super helpful, sent me all the information previous to arrive, was waiting for me once I found the house, instructed me around the house and area and even shared some handy info about the city's festivities. I will definitely come back and for sure recommend if you want to have a unique experience.

If you have a light sleep bring some ear plugs, the walls are not too thick but it's an old building so not much can be done. Also the curtains maybe a bit see-through so you could use a sleep mask.
