Bright and Spacious Penthouse, Large Terrace by Buena Vista

The terrace was really nice and the apartment all in all was also really great.

The AC did not work, and even after the host told me it would be prioritized and fixed, nothing happened. Slept in a warm room for a whole week and it was not to pleasant of a stay because of that.

Modern and spacious apartment. Dual aspect balcony in the bedroom which opened onto the main balcony. The main balcony was huge, as well as being a suntrap with nice views across Malta with all the furniture required to sunbath or sit and eat. The balcony was exceptional and gave you more options to enjoy the stay rather than just being indoors.

We did have trouble trying to work the TV. Some instructions would have been useful.

Die Unterkunft ist groß und die Terrasse ganz schön, auch wenn sie auf den Fotos idyllischer wirkt, als sie ist. Die Wohnung ist recht neu.

Hier stimmt leider vieles nicht. Der Service im Vorfeld ist super anstrengend, weil verschiedene Personen von Buena Vista nahezu täglich schreiben und widersprüchliche Anweisungen/Forderungen/Erklärungen abgeben. Wir hatten gelesen, dass die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer seit Wochen kaputt ist. Deshalb habe ich im Vorfeld nachgefragt und man sagte mir, diese sei bis zu unserer Ankunft repariert, das war nicht der Fall. Diese ist immernoch kaputt. Der um 15 Uhr angegebene Check-In war nicht möglich, da die Wohnung noch nicht fertig war. Es fehlt an divers Küchenutensilien - es gab nicht mal Salz und Pfeffer. Auf der Terrasse gibt es keinen Sonnenschirm, dementsprechend ist die tagsüber tatsächlich nicht nutzbar (viel zu heiß!). Nebendran ist eine riesengroße Baustelle, deshalb ist es bereits morgens laut. Das Treppenhaus riecht muffig und der Hauseingang ist nicht besonders sauber.
