Zen Flat Next to Greenwich Park & Thames River

Excellent location. Walking distance to Greenwich park, Royal Naval College, pubs and restaurants. Property opposite train station. Quiet leafy area. Host permitted earlier check in which was helpful.

1) Facilities listed by host misleading. No hot tub was available. Host apologised and advised hot tub since removed from facilities list (however this is still showing as being available) 2) There is no bed frame, simply a mattress on the floor. This made it cumbersome to get in/out of bed and may be a challenge for guests with mobility needs 3) There are no comfortable chairs or sofa to sit and relax on in the living room, only wooden dining room chairs which were not comfortable 4) Bathroom could be cleaner; mold around edge of bath. The shower screen offers limited protection of the bathroom floor when the shower is in use, causing the bathroom floor to be soaked 5) Poor quality/old bath towels provided which did not smell pleasant 6) Initial communication with the host was prompt. However subsequent communication was poor with repeated attempts to contact 7) On entering the property there was a strong smell of cooking which was unpleasant 8) Access to the property's street by car has time restrictions enforced, which guests need to be aware of and consider if driving. No parking and/or permit available at property. Nearest car park (unsecure) is around 10-15 mins walk and costs £15.00 per day 9) A welcome pack would have been helpful
