Superbe. Appartement très moderne. Tout équipé. Très propre. Rien à redire. L’immeuble a un service d’accueil. Cuisine tout équipée.

Отличное место. Ташкент Сити, рядом парк с танцующими фонтанами, Сити молл и т.д. В квартире есть все, что нужно. Вид из окна обалденный. Жили на 13 этаже. Можно подниматься на 48 этаж на панорамную площадку (работает до 20:00).

Comfortable stay with good quality rooms in a modern building. If you're a family and/or looking to break your journey with access to laundry applicances, an iron, cookware etc. this is the place to stay. We were able to rest and reset for the second leg of our journey and having easy access to a washing machine (no dryer unfortunately), iron with board, and drying rack was a godsend.  The building does have a very nice rooftop with a panaromic view of the city but they don't specify when the doors close in the evening so we couldn't catch night views. Overall, this is a decent place to stay but the management seriously needs to reconsider how they advertise, communicate and share instructions for guests - that is severely lacking.

All this said, our biggest complaint was the slow, unclear communication. We needed an early morning check-in which they were able to easily accommodate because it is self checkin. But I've exchanged over 50+ messages with the support team on whatsapp. They insisted that Telegram was faster for them but I didn't have access to app so had long wait times before I would hear from them. Check-in instructions were sent close to check-in only after I dropped couple reminders. Not all my questions during the stay were answered clearly - for instance, I inquired about the breakfast option and they never responded. But when I asked about the thermostat and asked for more water, that they responded to. The biggest issue though was payment. We booked via Booking.com and the listing clearly said that credit card was an option. Upon check-in though, they insisted that they would only accept cash and that the booking.com description was incorrect. The inaccuracy on the listing page and the inefficient communication did make things harder than they needed to be. Further, they already charged us a tourism fee but when I asked them about the mandatory police registration,they charged us an additional fee.
