Căn hộ rộng rãi, khá sạch và đầy đủ tiện nghi, thoải mái, view đẹp, có nệm phụ chăn gối phụ nhiều. Ngay tháp Tam Thắng nên tiện đi chơi ăn uống
Thang máy siêu bất tiện, đông và chen đẩy xô lấn rất cực, lên xuống khó khăn phải đi thang bộ hơn 10 tầng lầu mà còn xách vali balo nữa (chờ cả tiếng rưỡi mà không thang nào có dấu hiệu nhét được 1 người luôn). Hầm xe hơi cũng lâu, phí gửi 70k. Mùi phòng tầng 13 hơi ẩm, cũ, căn tầng 27 oke hơn, view đẹp nhưng nhược là ồn, dưới đường đi xe điện chơi đêm hay xe hơi bấm còi là nghe hết mất ngủ luôn á, cả tiếng thang máy lên xuống nữa
