I liked the location and clean air condition room

The tv wasn’t working

Het was een hele mooie kamer. Ruim bed, spiegels waar je rustig je make up kan doen. Genoeg stopcontacten. Heel erg schoon en heel erg personeel. Heel dicht bij de walking street. Hele goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding ik raad het 100% aan.

This was a room in an alleyway right next to Bui Vien street, so perfect if you are going to party all night and then just sleep out. The room was very simple, but felt clean. Good aircondition, and also very quiet, good for sleeping.

I always try to be honest but kind, and a few things to point out: the room i got was not at all like the room I booked on booking.com as it was depicted. It said it had a terrace and flatscreen but had neither. I dont watch tv so no big deal, but just pointing it out. The closest thing to a terrace was a box outside window with air condition power or something. Not anywhere you would dare step out on. I struggled first to find the place with google maps as the given address pointed me to YHD hotel, not H2T Hotel which was the name of the hotel i booked. I went there, and they apparently had my booking so its the same (?) thing. Confusing. But Friendly and kind owner. My room was though in another building next to it, with a separate entrance. In my room, which was much simpler and different from my expectation on booking.com, i googled YHD hotel, and there i saw rooms similar to mine and with more low reviews. Would probably not booked this room on YHD hotel based on that. That said, i was very tired after a long travel, the room was clean and quiet. But confusing different names and wrong images of rooms gave the wrong expectation. For expectation vs what i got, compared to all other options, this should have been cheaper.

The hosts are incredibly kind, generous, and put real effort into cleaning, they were also discreet.

However, at this price point the hardware needs a major upgrade. There was no hot water, the sockets were barely usable, and the soundproofing is non-existent. It was very quiet from the street, but I could clearly hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. I really wanted to love this place because of the staff, but the room quality isn't there yet.
