The unit and complex were lovely and well located near our family in Goodyear. It was clean and comfortable and spacious. The instructions we received were detailed and provided all of the information we needed to access the property and the unit.

Our only concern was that in the master bedroom each night there was a continuous thumping sound- sometimes it sounded like it was overhead and other times next door. At first, we thought it was spin cycle on a washing machine or someone on a treadmill but it was persistent throughout the night. As we were not in the unit during the day, I don't know if the thumping continued during the day.

It was walking distance to the practice fields and Goodyear Ballpark. The pool was a nice bonus.

The hallway and room smelled a little like smoke? But it wasn’t big enough of a deal to complain (it was faint).

We were wowed by the apartment when we first entered; it was cool inside although hot outside, and staged nicely with lights on and a fireplace scene on both TVs. Lots of closet and bathroom space, linens and pillows, adequate amount of dishes, glasses and silverware. The welcome packet with soaps and snacks were a nice touch and it was clean, except for 3 broken glass pieces (a wine glass?) on the carpet in the primary bedroom and another 2 pieces in the living room.

We were extremely disappointed that for our entire stay we were unable to access the pool area. We arrived Wednesday afternoon and there were no pool keys on the counter. Contacted the local area manager, Amanda. By Thursday she responded that she'd provide us a pool key since "the property ran out of amenities keys." She said she would get the extra key to us Friday afternoon but we weren't going to be there, so we gave permission for the cleaner to come into the unit while we were away and leave it there. Saturday we returned in the afternoon to find there was still had no key, and we left Sunday. On a hot stay, we were never able to use the pool and jacuzzi. Amanda did not work or text on the weekend so the issue was never addressed. No response. Also, we were not provided our authorized space (#28) until AFTER our car was towed around 10pm Thursday night, which a resident told us on Friday morning--Friday we had our first golf tournament round and went out to leave at 6:30 AM only to find no car. We called a friend staying about 15 minutes away to come get us. After the round, we had difficulty finding out which location our car was towed to. It turned out to not be the nearest GW Towing location but another one in a bad location across town where cars in accidents were, and broken glass and metal pieces all over the ground. We paid $180 to get it out. Those two things were very disappointing.
