They were very flexible with the arrivel time, helped me with parking and recommended several great places to go. Amazing hosts!
The place was clean, organized and had everything we needed in our stay. I loved the location, it was about 20 minutes by bus from the city center, but with a lot of really good amd affordable restaurants and bars near by.
Only the main room and the living room have AC, so if they could provide a fan for the other rooms it would be really helpful with the heat in Rome.

Casa pulita e buone dimensioni il bagno. 2 bagni. Asciugamani per tutti. Un letto vero per tutti con relativa stanza. Casa grande. Poco rumore esterno di notte. Fermata mezzi pubblici vicina. Avevano in veranda i bidoni della spazzatura per fare la differenziata. Avevano un vero stendino in veranda. Tante finestre e molta luce naturale.
Fermata metro a 800 metri. In bagno c era poca pressione. I soffioni delle docce erano scadenti. Fare la doccia non è stato rilassante.

It was spotlessly clean and spacious for the three of us. The owner was very helpful and kind. It was convenient for local shops and the metro into central Rome and beyond. There is a lift and a short stair lift in the entrance hall so accessibility is good. The balconies were lovely, shame we only had one night of good weather to sit and eat out. The local supermarket and green grocer is well stocked with a good variety of food.
There was nothing we disliked but bigger towels and a couple of spares would be good and was the reason for the 9 score. A folder with details of the local area and amenities such as shops, cafes and a map of how to get to the metro on foot and details of the bus routes, taxis and a link for the left luggage office in Re di Roma and how to get there. Some tourist leaflets about what to see and a map. Leaflets or recommendations about places to visit or restaurants.
