I’ve stayed here a few times now and the annex does not disappoint. It’s clean, comfortable and has everything you’d need during your stay. It’s close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Sian is a wonderful host. Book in advance to avoid disappointment as this place is a gem

Beautifully decorated, well equipped and spotlessly clean in a fab location near beach. Handy parking spot. Lovely toiletries and sweet treats too!

Sian reached out in the morning of the day we were arriving, giving me details of how to get into the Studio. This was much appreciated. The property was very clean. The bed very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped although we didn’t prepare food Basic items such as tea, coffee & milk were in the kitchen and the bathroom had nice toiletries.

A couple of suggestions: A full length mirror would be great! A couple of small bottles of mineral water would be useful as there is nowhere to put water in a glass next to the bed Clip on reading lights on the headboard would be useful . I didn’t like the large open milk that had obviously been used by a previous guest. Either new 1pint milk or the small individual UHT would be better as our tea had ‘bits’ in it & I suspect it was from the milk. All minor suggestions but worth mentioning!
