Whale Rock, Margate by MRL

I was ask about the staff on the questionnaire but we did not meet any staff member. But I liked everything the beach view and the house as well.

Not meeting staff,no one to welcome us,that was so disappointing for me,I wish you can do something about welcoming of guests.

Property was not cleaned properly. Had a bad odour

The place was very nice and chill

The ocean view and the soothing sound of the waves were absolutely breathtaking and were definitely the highlight of our stay. The accommodation was affordable for our family of eight, with more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Having a pool was an added bonus and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Upon arrival, the cleanliness was disappointing, and we had to call the cleaner back. Despite raising these issues and even paying for an additional stay the host showed no effort to accommodate us, not even by offering complimentary cleaning. I felt that my complaints were largely ignored, and since we had already invested so much into the stay, we ended up resolving the issues ourselves by cleaning and purchasing additional items to make the stay more comfortable. Serious attention needs to be invested in the property because if well maintained it could be the perfect place.
