Struttura nuova, accogliente e pulita. Check-In facile e veloce. All'interno si respira Napoli, arredato ricordando personaggi importanti per la città come Maradona, Totò o Troisi. Stanza "Maradona" spaziosa con bagno top dotata di balcone con affaccio su strada principale, nonostante ciò silenziosissima. Ottima posizione per visitare Capodimonte, il Rione Sanità, il Duomo e le attrazioni del Centro Storico.

The room was spacious and well equipped. The in-room kitchen area had a sink, a cooking plate and a small refrigerator as well as all the necessary cooking utensils -- it was perfect for travelling with a child and winding down for dinner after a long day out. The common area had a kettle and coffeemaker. While the street outside was very busy and loud, it was very quiet within the building and it was possible to close our room off from much of the street noise. The building's main door was either locked or guarded by someone, and that led to an added layer of safety. I also appreciated having easy communication via WhatsApp with the guest rooms' management company in case we needed anything. Finally, we loved having access to the train station at Piazza Cavour - we often took the train instead of the metro to get where we needed to go (e.g., Stazione Piazza Garibaldi/Centrale, Portici Ercolano (Herculaneum) and Pompeii). There's a (surprisingly) large Deco supermarket on Via Stella, not far from Stazione Piazza Cavour.
The wifi wasn't working for the first 24 hours of our week-long stay, but the offsite management company solved the issue in a satisfactory way. The Sanita neighbourhood, located between our lodgings and Piazza Cavour, sometimes felt sketchy in the evening so we would walk a longer route around the neighbourhood along Via Miracoli or cross Sanita by walking along better lit and more heavily used Via Stella.
