The apt itself is nice, very complete and has all that’s necessary to cook, place your belongings, washing machine inside, appliances, hot water in the shower, AC.
It’s VERY NOISY. The guard dog across the street barks consistently during the night; pigeons arrive outside the window every night at 7pm and do their annoying coo all night; the apt faces a highly trafficked street. Bring earplugs(they didn’t help much, though).
The mattress is extremely hard.
